Located on Acadia Road, near the University of British Columbia, the lelem’ Forest Park design-build project broke ground in February 2017.
To date, SEG have completed landscaping and civil construction works including land clearing, selective logging, erosion and sediment control, amphibian salvages, invasive species removal, salvage and planting of native species, construction of a forest meadow and trails complete with integral lighting, and irrigation systems, installation of park benches, tables and other public use items.
Final works on the pond including the placing of large woody debris and planting will be complete summer of 2022.
